Since their formation, ShutUp! It’s Sunday’s biggest goal has been to play to an overseas crowd and now, their dream has been realised as they’ve been invited to play at the Deep Ellum Arts Festival in Dallas Texas, taking place April 2018.
In addition they’ve also planned a tour around this event and the release of their debut album “Fingers Crossed”, due for release in March 2018.
Since Fokof pretty much popularised crowdfunding for musicians in South Africa by raising R1 million, it’s become a popular tool in the raising of funds and today ShutUp! It’s Sunday launch their campaign. They have a bunch of awesome rewards available for the people who pledge including a pre-order of their debut album.
So put your rands to good use and pledge your support to a band that have been collectively working to achieve a common goal for the last 11 years.
