The last time I saw Arno Carstens’ perform, it was with The Springbok Nude Girls at Zula’s launch and he killed it. I love how he can go from a dirty pelvis-swinging front man with The Nudies, to super chilled acoustic vibes on a rooftop with Albert Frost.
Thursday sees him do just that. The last time they both performed at The Grand Daddy Hotel, it really was something special, a fitting tribute to the intimate setting of the venue.
