BOS are kicking off their summer season with a series of free, exclusive music gigs in the most unusual of settings. The BOS backyard Sessions will take place in October & November, in Johannesburg, Durban and Cape Town respectively. In true BOS style, these events are free with tickets available directly from BOS.
Kicking off on 18th October with the Joburg party sees Desmond and the Tutus and Matthew Mole headline – Beach Party, Al Bairre and Yo Grapes are also confirmed for the other events in the series. You’re going to have to get in early to get your free tickets to these!
But that’s not all, the BOS Backyard Sessions are even giving you the chance to host the party. If you want the opportunity to have this unique experience happen in your own back yard – you know, just you, 50 friends, your favourite bands and a couple of hundred peeps – or in your favourite abandoned lot, car park or patch of land, just submit a video of the venue using the #BackYourYard and #YourCityName to @BOSIceTea on Twitter or Instagram. If BOS use your suggestion, they’ll make you and your friends true VIP’s for the day. Cocktails and all.
