Kings Of Leon release “Going Nowhere” with grainy black-and-white video filmed live in Nashville

Seems someone’s been using this time of self-isolation productively.

Directed by Casey McGrath, yesterday Kings Of Leon dropped “Going Nowhere” (very apt) a moody black-and-white video shot live in Nashville, Tennessee earlier in the week.

Featuring frontman Caleb Followill, back to the camera, he rocks an acoustic in this minimalistic setting, crooning in his signature Southern drawl about a longing for better days.

“I’m going nowhere/ If you’ve got the time/ And it’s a long, hard road/ ’til I can get to you,” Followill sings as the camera zooms in and out again on his face.

“Stay safe. Stay home. We will see you as soon as we can,” KOL captioned the video on their social and I concur.

It’s been four years since Kings Of Leon released their seventh album, Walls. Needless to say it’s time for more music methinks.
