How has it been almost one year to the day that I told you about TOMS opening their first music store in Cape Town? It honestly feels like just yesterday.
“It’s been such an exciting journey under the TOMS banner this year,” TOMS CBD manager Graham Lowndes tells me. “With the support and guidance from the TOMS family and our four other retail stores, the two Cape Town stores have really been able to settle in and focus on the job at hand – providing our customers with an incredible selection of gear, unbeatable prices and outstanding customer service.”
It goes without saying that the entire world has had to weather some tough storms this year and Graham agrees explaining, “We have all had to navigate some very tough times in 2020. Thank you to every customer who supported us – be it with a purchase, an encouraging word of hope, or simply a ‘Thank you for being open’ – it has somehow made this year feel very special indeed.
TOMS Bellville’s Manager Tertius is of the same mindset saying, “The past year has presented itself with challenges to say the least, but one of the more exciting things to come out of it is the arrival of TOMS in the Western Cape. With a killer range of products and the move to a new central location in a creative hub within the Northern Suburbs area we are very lucky to find ourselves given the opportunity to still give our customers the best deals and best service we can.”
And so today, together with their Northern Suburbs sibling TOMS Bellville just on the other side of the N1, we are joining forces with our TOMS Cape Town fam once again to help them celebrate one year of TOMS dominating the Mother City’s music scene.
If you’re unfamiliar with TOMS’ celebratory practices let me just tell you that they don’t mess around – like the Casio CTX-800C2 that was R6999 and is now R3895 – ARE YOU JOKING? That offer is exclusive to the Bellville store so keep a close watch on their website for more deals and additional specials.
