Did you know that TOMS Heritage Square used to be a bakery? Neither did I, so when store manager, Graham Lowndes, sent me the picture below I was super surprised, but also stoked to see how they’ve still kept the integrity of the building intact, right down to the intricate lace detail on the poles.
137 years and many tenants later, the building is about to experience what TOMS stores around the country look forward to every year – their first Annual Sale.
“We are very excited to host the first ever TOMS Heritage Square Sale this weekend. The store is a hive of activity at the moment as we get everything ready for what promises to be an epic weekend of rock ‘n’ roll deals from your favourite Mother City music store. Live music and mystery,” Graham told me when I popped into the shop last week.
The team have been hard at work prepping for live music, mystery item auctions and if you’re still a bit hesitant to join in the jol because of the pandemic, TOMS will have all COVID-19 regulations in place, so don’t forget to bring your mask this weekend!
