Half Price celebrate 21 years of punk-rooted mayhem with two shows in Gauteng

Since Half Price’s formation in 2001 they have over 25 national tours, eight international tours as well as six full length albums and one Best Of album under their belt.

The band have always maintained a DIY ethos, remaining independent until 2016 when they became the first South African punk band to sign with an American digital record label, Punk Outlaw Records.

They are one of the longest standing punk acts in South Africa, with a notorious impact on South African alternative bands. This year marks their 21st birthday and they are celebrating with 2 shows in Gauteng as well, as a show in Cape Town to be announced in due course.
