Miley Cyrus gives one of the best performance at Grammy Awards with “Flowers”

There were a few memorable performances at this year’s Grammy Awards, like folk singer Tracy Chapman making a rare appearance to join Luke Combs and perform “Fast Car”, and 80-year-old Joni Mitchell making her Grammy debut for a performance that will forever be remembered as one of the best ever.

But we would be remiss not to mention Miley Cyrus who after winning her first two Grammys for Best Pop Solo Performance and Record of the Year, gave an incredibly entertaining rendition of her #1 hit “Flowers”, tweaking the song’s lyrics by singing, “Started to cry, then remembered I just won my first Grammy!”. With a dress that paid tribute to the late great Tina Turner, a teased hairstyle that was a not-so-subtle nod to her godmother Dolly Parton, and an attitude that came ready and eager, Miley made sure we’ll remember this for years to come.

To be honest it’s about time this woman got her flowers. Watch a snippet of her performance and both her acceptance speeches below.
