The iconic three-day festival House of Vans will be returning to Joburg from 1 to 3 November 2024, and they’ve just announced a MAJOR headline act.
Yes. That’s right. British-Nigerian sensation and Vans brand ambassador Little Simz will be making her return to South Africa this weekend, joining local acts Muzi, Internet Girl, K.Keed, Marcus Harvey, lordkez, and Ebumnandini.
In addition to the music, attendees will have the opportunity to explore the Vans pop-up store, featuring items from both local and international brands Milk Eyewear, Broke, Bantu Records, Franasonic, Studio Bananaaa, Shelflife, Sealand Gear, and Baseline Skate Shop.
Centred around the celebration of Jozi’s eclectic skateboarding scene, skateboard-building workshops will be offered in addition to an open skate park.
Local art will also be championed with exhibitions by Crispy Skateboards, David Shiffman, Grant McLachlan, Chenai Gwandure, Melissa Williams, Tkay Modise, and Kyle Kheswa, all of whom are major proponents of street culture in the city.
