Liquideep, B.O.P, and Mdu confirmed as headliners for Oskido’s Big Day Out

Oskido’s Big Day Out has unveiled the first wave of artists set to take over Huddle Park in Johannesburg on 28 November 2026, with South African dance music icons Liquideep, Brothers of Peace (B.O.P) and MDU confirmed as the festival’s Phase One headliners. The annual event, curated by Oskido, returns with a celebration of the artists whose music helped define generations of South African dance floors.

Returning to Huddle Park in Linksfield, this year’s edition promises its biggest production yet, expanding to two stages that will honour the country’s rich musical legacy while showcasing the sounds shaping its future. From township street parties and iconic clubs to family braais and festivals, the organisers say the lineup pays tribute to artists whose timeless catalogues continue to unite audiences across generations.

“Big Day Out has always been about celebrating the music that connects us all,” says Oskido. “These are artists whose songs became part of our lives. They gave us classics that still fill dance floors today, and it’s only fitting that we honour their contribution while bringing people together to create new memories as we do every year.”

More artist announcements, surprise performances, lifestyle experiences and brand activations are expected in the coming weeks ahead of the festival.

Oskido’s Big Day Out takes place on Saturday, 28 November 2026 at Huddle Park, Linksfield, with tickets available exclusively through Webtickets. General admission tickets start at R695, alongside VIP and premium hospitality packages.
