The Daisies will no longer be rocked this October.
Rocking The Daisies, which was set to take place between October 3 and 5 at Cloof Wine Estate in Cape Town, announced its cancellation via a statement on Instagram and the festival’s website.
“Despite multiple attempts to find solutions, a number of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control have made it impossible for Rocking the Daisies to proceed in 2026,” the statement reads. “This decision was not made lightly, and we extend our gratitude to our family of patrons, artists, partners, and everyone who was looking forward to the festival this year.’
All ticket holders have been automatically refunded, with refund expected to reflect in ticket holder’s accounts within the next three days.
While the festival will not be moving forward as planned, Daisies has partnered with IN THE CITY to host a one day show in both Cape Town and Johannesburg, featuring a lineup of the local acts and some of the international talent originally slated to perform at the festival, including Isaia Rashad.
IN THE CITY happens on October 3 in Cape Town at the Ostrich, and October 4 in Johannesburg at Montecasino in partnership with Sprite. Tickets are available now via Quicket.
