Grammy Award-winning American singer-songwriter Miguel is returning to South Africa in 2027 for three headline shows. The “Adorn” hitmaker will kick off the run at Grand Arena, GrandWest in Cape Town on Friday, 21 May, before heading to Sun City Superbowl on Saturday, 22 May, and SunBet Arena in Pretoria on Sunday, 23 May.
With a career spanning more than a decade, Miguel has built a reputation for blending R&B, soul and rock across five studio albums. South African audiences can expect a set drawing from his extensive catalogue, including “Sure Thing”, “All I Want Is You”, “Kaleidoscope Dream”, “Do You”, “Skywalker”, “Coffee” and “How Many Drinks”, alongside other fan favourites and collaborations.
The shows are presented by Vertex Events, with the company promising three world-class live experiences for local audiences. “As an experiential events company, we look forward to curating yet another set of world class shows that our audiences can enjoy and make memorable,” says Vertex Events Head of Events, Zizile Mtshali.
