Its been a busy few days for Adele, what announcing her return in spectacular fashion and breaking a few records and all. ‘Hello’ dropped on Friday and it’s already the most watched video on Vevo in 24 hours, smashing the record previously set by Tay Tay’s ‘Bad Blood’ by almost 8 million views.
But you didn’t think Lionel Richie wouldn’t have anything to say about all this ‘Hello’ business, did you? After this mashup video was made Richie made light of the situation posting the above photo of his Instragram with the caption. “HELLO @adele is it me you’re looking for… #hello”
The single also went straight to Number 1 on the Official UK Top 40 and she announced her first live performance in years on Saturday Night Live on November 21st, the day after her album “25” drops.
