Oh snap it finally happened!
Almost a year after 11-year-old drumming prodigy, Nandi Bushell, challenged His Grohliness to the most epic drum battle that kept us all wildly entertained during our ongoing lockdowns, last week she joined The Foos onstage at the Forum in Inglewood.
“We’ve had the honour to jam with some pretty amazing people over the years.Maybe some Beatles, maybe some Stones, maybe some Pink Floyds. But let me tell you something: But this one right here takes the cake,” His Grohliness told a hungry audience.
Getting behind the kit and absolutely killing it alongside the band during “Everlong” as a mildly concerned Taylor Hawkins watches from the back, Bushell is a literal manifestation of hard work and talent making dreams coming true.
