Nandi Bushell announces she’s written a song with Tom Morello and his son that’s dropping soon

Not only has Nandi Bushell shared the stage with Foo Fighters, but now she’s been able to jam with Rage Against The Machine guitarist Tom Morello and his son. And it seems that’s just the beginning.

Last year, Morello gifted Bushell a Fender Soul Power Stratocaster after he saw her cover of Rage Against The Machine’s “Guerilla Radio”. “I’d like you to have this guitar as a gift from me to you because you rock so great, and to see someone rocking so great who is so young, it really gives me hope for the future,” Morello told her.

In an Instagram post, Bushell is seen playing the drums alongside Morello and Roman on guitar and to make this even greater, she announced that they are working on an “epic” song together and it will be released soon.

This all happened on Bushell’s trip to America, but her experience doesn’t end there. She was able to jam with Red Hot Chili Peppers drummer Chad Smith and Ringo Starr All-Star Band stickman Gregg Bissonette, meet José Pasillas from Incubus, take in a Guns N’ Roses concert, and work on a project with current Guns N’ Roses keyboardist Melissa Reese and one of the band’s former drummers, Bryan “Brain” Mantia.

The talent that this South African-born 11-year-old holds is beyond comprehensible and she’s faaar.
