Majozi’s explosive new single, “I’ll Be There”, is a bold rallying cry of encouragement

If there’s one thing you can count on – it’s that Majozi will always be there for you. And no, I don’t mean emotionally, sorry, but certainly when it comes to your playlists. “I’ll Be There” comes as his third single of 2023 and is an explosively bombastic pop call of encouragement.

Penned back in 2021 when the post-pandemic world still felt pretty overwhelming, “I’ll Be There” hones right in on those mires of grief and confusion and seeks to lift loved ones from the sludge. Heady pop production explodes outwards with fibrillating bass, hook-laden verses, and the sort of polished, envelope-pushing pop nuance which is leading the charge these days.

“When you’re stuck in the in-between/ keep falling down and you’re on your knees/ know that I, well, I’ll be there for you,” he belts out from beneath a bold synth veneer. He strips things back for the briefest of moments as choral vocals and acoustics take to the fore, before the track charges to its conclusion with anthemic explosivity.
