Attention all Donald Glover stans! Our beloved Childish Gambino has shared a new EP created in connection with his brand new horror TV series Swarm.
Swarm is a brand new Amazon Prime Video series created by Glover and Janine Nabers. The series follows Dre (played by Dominique Fishback), a young woman whose obsession with a pop star takes a dark turn.
The show features Damson Idris, Byron Bowers, Paris Jackson, Rickey Thompson, Kiersey Clemons, Rory Culkin and X Mayo, but the most buzz (sorry) is around Billie Eilish making her acting debut as Eva.
The EP features contributions from Fam Udeorji, Jeff Kleinman, Teo Halm and others. It also sees Glover collaborate with the show’s fictional star Ni’jah (portrayed by Nirine S, Brown).
Glover’s last full musical release as Childish Gambino was back in 2020 with the album 3.15.20, so we’ll take whatever we can get. Listen to the EP below.
