Usually, when a dog runs away from home it’s because he’s either an escape artist, or because he’s been scared by a noise. However, for this specific doggo, it ran towards the noise, in this case a Metallica concert.
A German Shepherd named Storm, whom social media first thought was abandoned at the Metallica concert at SoFi Stadium in California last weekend turned out to have ventured there on her own. Read Metallica’s statement about it below.
You might have heard we had a four-legged fan join us for #M72LA! Despite reports to the contrary, our friend Storm snuck out of her home adjacent to @SoFiStadium and made her way to the gig all by herself.

Storm escaped her home near the stadium, ventured into the venue unnoticed and caught the band’s entire 16-song set.
Just to put it into a little bit of perspective Storm attended one of the two sold-out performances at the stadium, which according to the stadium’s Facebook broke the venue’s record for highest single show attendance.
Following Storm’s escapade, her rocking adventure ended as she was successfully reunited with her concerned owners.
