Cape Town musicians join forces for Safe City Vol. 2 at Baxter Theatre

In a heartwarming display of community spirit, a group of Cape Town musicians are joining forces for a special cause, to help their friend, Ofure “Fuf” Omere-Kessi, achieve his lifelong dream of earning his first-degree black belt in Karate in Tokyo, Japan.

Safe City Volume 2 is a night of electrifying music and powerful purpose htat takes place on Friday, 26 April 2024 at the iconic Baxter Theatre’s Concert Hall.

The line-up is stacked with fusion artist LUUKHANYO to headline alongside rising vocalist Kila G, genre-blending artist I-SO and energetic 4-piece band, The Hii ROLLERS.

The goal of this concert is to raise £3,000 (over R70,000) to cover Fuf’s travel, accommodation, and other expenses related to his Karate grading in Tokyo. This event is a call to action for the Cape Town music community.
