Let’s be honest, Italian rock band Måneskin being the faces of Gucci’s new Fall Winter 2021 campaign makes all the sense in the world.
Captured by photography duo Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott, and soundtracked by Madonna and Massive Attack’s sultry “I Want You”, the rockers were chosen because they “capture the revolutionary and joyful impetus of eros as the creative force behind contemporary imagery.”
Joining the likes of Iggy Pop, A$AP Rocky and Tyler, The Creator, Måneskin’s rock ‘n’ roll spirit and aesthetic fits like a glove with the luxury brand’s, and it’s a sexy as hell advert to say the very least.
