South African electronic stalwarts ZVRI and Kususa are under the global spotlight today, as their collaborative single “Danger Zone” featuring DJ Tira has appeared in the new Amazon MGM Studios film, G20, starring Academy Award-winner Viola Davis.
The South African duo offer pulsating bass lines, tribal-infused rhythms and all-round electrifying energy on “Danger Zone”, the perfect soundtrack to one of the film’s most intense fight sequences.
Originally released back in 2022, the track is a bold fusion of Gqom and Afro House, distinctive of both ZVRI and Kususa’s innovative sound, further elevated by DJ Tira’s dynamic contribution.
