Best Of The Week 002

Another week, another endless stream of new music to dive into. These are our choices for the ten new tracks that you should add to your rotation immediately.

SIIBU – Ngiyeza

Gorgeously wistful afrosoul set to a yearning synthwave heartbeat – turn the windows down and drive through the city lights with this one on full blast.

AC/ES – Summertime

Buzzing and foreboding headbanger laced with analog synths and fuzzy guitar licks, “Summertime” is as propulsive as it is (ironically) chilling.

O’Hara – In My Zone

Pillow talk R&B that drips like honey, O’Hara layers breathless melodies atop slinky guitar plucks to make something luscious and downright sexy.

Faker Streets – Only Us

Alt-pop darlings Faker Streets send us back to 2013 with a soaring ballad that swerves from minimal piano to crescendoing, thrillingly dramatic trap. Did we mention the strings?

Manana – Embrace Me feat. Shekhinah

There’s a comforting familiarity to the stuttering neo-R&B beat of “Embrace Me”, and Manana channels the best of Frank Ocean and The Weeknd to match the vibe. By the time Shekhinah’s unmistakable voice spreads over the track like silk sheets – that vibe reaches immaculate territory.

Bottlis – Dolfie feat. Emilie Kate

It’s sorta an attempt to combine the vibes of Robbie Jansen and LCD Soundsystem. Maybe also a bit of New Orleans jazz via Allen Toussaint? Do these things work together? Yes.

The Big Samba – aphrodite

“aphrodite” offers the first glimpse into the world of TheLoveTheory! – a body of work that blends R&B, hip-hop, and alternative textures into a sound that feels both nostalgic and refreshingly modern.

Pxshboy – Money Power Respect

“Money Power Respect” is a hip-hop and Afrobeats-inspired anthem about rising above limits — physically, mentally, and spiritually. It’s about chasing what you want while staying true to yourself and protecting your inner peace.

Anna Wolf – Prayers

Written for anyone who’s ever questioned their faith or sense of purpose, “Prayers” captures the emotional weight of living in uncertain times. It’s a raw and honest reflection on belief, surrender, and finding meaning amid the chaos.

Kayla The Crow – Hermit

“Hermit” is a searing, psych-grunge cut from Kayla The Crow that finds a home in some surprisingly earworm hooks. This one bangs.
